About-Us

OUR HISTORY

Q-Bank was founded by a distinguished team with over 90 years of collective experience in industry, finance, academia, government, and philanthropy. The founding principals include Richard Wirt, Dell Hines, Newton Howard, and Sergey Kanareykin who came together with the shared vision of incubating and investing in disruptive technologies.
Their vision led to collaborations involving successful tech company exits and the development of intellectual property assets in healthcare, security and intelligence, artificial intelligence, nano-materials, telecommunications, and a myriad of other areas.
Since its founding, the firm has evolved into a private equity group focused on acquiring profitable businesses and helping them generate value from Q-Bank’s repository of technology assets and capabilities.

Q-BANK TODAY

Today, Dell Hines continues Q-Bank’s legacy in partnership with a network of investors, operators, and investment affiliates on three continents. In North America, Q-Bank invests in partnership with leading institutional family offices and committed funds with a combined $14 billion of capital.
